COVID-19 Update


With all the concerns regarding COVID-19, Hometiva would like to assure all of our clients that we are here for you. Our agents are actively working contracts, marketing seller's properties, searching for the right property for our buyers, and will be conducting business during normal working hours.

Here’s what we’re doing to prioritize the health of our customers and team:

  • We are following all social distancing recommendations with our work from home policy, as well as taking all suggested cautionary measures while interacting with clients.

  • We will work with buyer’s agents to perform a virtual walk thru if a buyer prefers not to visit a house in person.

  • Listing Consultation appointments can be performed over a video conference instead of in person.

  • We are working with our local inspectors and appraisers to make sure proper measures are taken when they enter one of our listing. (This includes using sanitary wipes, washing hands before and after the visit, removing shoes, etc.)

  • We are working with local title companies to make sure our clients can close remotely so they do not have to travel to the closing office.

We are also working hard to keep all real estate transactions running smoothly and efficiently. Your business is important to us and we are happy to take any necessary measures to ensure your health and safety.
