As sellers, he gave us excellent guidance on everything from pricing the house correctly, to staging it for showings. He was always there when we had questions, always patient, calm, and up to speed on the current status of the process. When a last minute problem with the buyer's financing almost killed the deal, Brandon came up with a creative solution and saved the day. We've bought and sold many houses over the years, and never had a better experience with a realtor. Honestly, I don't know how he does it at the fee he charges.
